We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the receptionists. The hotel is located in a great spot, just a 7-minute walk to downtown, making it easy to explore this city on foot. It was convenient to have the option of secure underground parking. The location of the hotel is pretty close to the city center, great for easy access to sightseeing spots. The staff at the hotel were very good too ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near the city center. This makes it convenient for exploring the town on foot. The neighborhood is safe and calm, ensuring a peaceful stay. the receptionists are very helpful and kind, providing excellent service to guests.
The laundry service is lacking, with only two laundry machines and one dryer available. the wifi connection can be slow and disconnects automatically at times.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to the river. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms exceed expectations. I particularly loved the small balcony with a view on the 10th floor, and the rooms with cooking facilities. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Great location, easy parking, helpful staff. Own kitchenette, supermarket nearby. Walking distance to main streets and Christmas markets. Free upgrade, good value for money. Comfortable rooms, clean and well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and flexible staff allowed late check-out.
